Virgo Kid Mips - Full Face Helmet
Designed around a sturdy ABS shell, it incorporates Mips technology, enabling children to ride in complete safety.
Size guide: how to choose your helmet
The Virgo Kid full-face helmet is designed to give your children added protection on bikes, scooters and skate parks. Thanks to its unisex design and colors, it's equally suitable for boys and girls.
In young children, impacts to the head cause more serious injuries than in adults and teenagers. With a larger protective surface area than standard bicycle helmets, the Virgo Kid helmet adapts to children's exertion and remains comfortable to wear during sporting activities.
Its modern design combines safety, lightness and comfort. Its openings allow optimized, refreshing airflow over the entire head. Its monocoque structure ensures a solid connection between the chin strap and the upper part of the helmet, enabling shock absorption to be distributed throughout the helmet while protecting the chin, jaw and lower parts of the face.
To enhance brain protection, the Virgo Kid helmet features the Mips system, designed to increase shock absorption and reduce brain damage. The helmet also features a rear adjustment system for precise, comfortable fit on the head.

MIPS SYSTEM
Improve brain protection.
The Mips system is designed to provide added safety for helmets in many accidents. Rotational motion is a common cause of concussions and more severe brain injury in oblique hits to the head. The MIPS system consists of a low friction layer that is mounted inside the helmet. In a crash, the low friction layer is designed to move slightly inside the helmet to help redirect forces away from the head. This is intended to help reduce the risk of brain injury. The Mips system is used in many helmet types and by 100+ brands.
TESTING
